Delivery - Important Notes
Most orders will require a signature on delivery. Please ensure that someone will be at the delivery address when delivery is attempted. If you are not at home when delivery is attempted, the delivery agent will normally leave a card and return the item to a local depot. Please action any card left in this manner promptly to avoid the item being returned to us undelivered.Please also note that, by signing for an item you may be confirming that it has been received in good condition. Please ensure therefore that the package is fully inspected before signing for it. In the event that the item shows any sign of damage, please clearly make the delivery note "Damaged" before signing. If you sign for an item as received in good condition or unchecked, your protection from liability for damage in transit may be compromised.
Delivery Method and Timescale
The majority of orders are sent by DHL on a non-guaranteed delivery service. This results in delivery to most UK mainland areas within 24 hours, however, delivery to some areas may take longer. No liability will be accepted for loss or inconvenience caused by delays in delivery.Please DO NOT book installation or similar appointments until you have received and inspected the product you are ordering.
Stock Availability
We strive to keep all product shown on the web site in stock. However, this is not always possible. Where an item is out of stock, we will advise either on the product listing page, or by email once we receive your order. Whenever possible, we will advise the anticipated incoming date for further stock. We will normally advise this before the end of the working day following the day upon which you order.Warranty
All product is supplied with a manufacturer's warranty only. Unless otherwise stated, this is valid throughout Europe and is valid for 12 months from the original date of purchase.Right to Cancel
Under the terms of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel an order within 7 working days of delivery, starting from the day after the one upon which delivery occurred.When cancelling under the terms of the Distance Selling Regulations, the buyer will be required to return the item at their own cost.
In order for the right to cancel to apply, the product me be returned in original condition, having taken good care of. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to reject the goods in accordance with Section 17 of the Distance Selling Regulations, or to apply a handing charge.
Returned products may be tested upon receipt. Any product found to have been used or installed, contrary to the manufacturer's instructions may be rejected, or subject to a handling charge.
Product returned under the Distance Selling Regulations and not excluded by any of the above clauses will be refunded within 30 days.
Order Acceptance
By completing and submitting the electronic order form you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Upon completion of the online order process, you will be sent an acknowledgement of order. This acknowledgement of order confirms our receipt of your offer to purchase only and does not indicate our acceptance of the order.Rejection of Goods
In the event of the customer rejecting the goods under the terms of the Sale of Goods Act (1979) the customer agrees to return the item to the supplier, in accordance with Section 36 of that act.
